Mutasi PTK dari Sekolah ke Madrasah di Simpatika
Simpatika saat ini merupakan layanan aplikasi pendataan PTK RA / Madrasah di lingkungan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Aplikasi ini merupakan penerus dari aplikasi pendataan PTK Online Padamu Negeri yang dulu dipergunakan di Kementerian Agama dan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Sehingga PTK dari Sekolah Umum (TK / SD / SMP / SMA / SMK) yang dulunya terdata pada layanan Padamu Negeri dan menghendaki untuk mutasi ke RA / MI / MTs / MA maka dipersilahkan untuk mengikuti mekanisme mutasi PTK di Simpatika. Untuk RA / Madrasah di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Demak dapat mengikuti petunjuk sebagai berikut http://farazinux.com/registrasi-ptk-baru-di-simpatika .
Akan tetapi, sering juga timbul permasalahan bahwa PTK yang akan melakukan mutasi data ternyata lupa akun dan passwordnya di layanan Padamu Negeri. Untuk itu, ada beberapa jalan keluar diantaranya adalah sebagai berikut :
PTK dapat mengajukan reset akun layanan Simpatika / Padamu Negeri melalui link : https://paspor.siap-online.com/cas/user/password . Untuk dapat memanfaatkan layanan ini PTK harus masih ingat email yang digunakan pada data layanan Simpatika / Padamu Negeri. Karena nantinya data reset akunnya akan dikirimkan via email yang dipergunakan untuk mendaftarkan diri di layanan Padamu Negeri. PTK dapat mengajukan reset password ke Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten / Kota (Sebaiknya ke Kan Kemenag Kab. / Kota Terakhir Mengajar) dengan membawa cetakan data NUPTK / PegID (cetakan dari pencarian data NUPTK / Peg ID di Simpatika) dan Surat ajuan reset password yang ditandatangani PTK yang bersangkutan mengetahui Kepala Madrasah Induk.
