Secara umum alur mutasi PTK pada aplikasi Simpatika dapat dibaca pada https://simpatika.kemenag.go.id/#!/alur. Namun, untuk PTK di RA, MI, MTs dan MA se Kabupaten Demak memiliki karakteristik yang sedikit berbeda dengan urutan sebagai berikut :
Setelah berhasil masuk, PTK kemudian memilih menu mutasi dan mengisikan data mutasi;
PTK mencetak dan menandatangani dokumen ajuan mutasi (SM01);
PTK meminta pengesahan (tanda tangan dan stempel) Kepala Madrasah asal;
PTK melengkapi dokumen pendukung (SK mutasi bagi PNS dan untuk PTK NonPNS melengkapi dokumen SK terakhir dari RA / Madrasah asal dan SK dari RA / Madrasah tujuan);
PTK menscan dokumen SM01 dan dokumen pendukung (format pdf);
PTK menginput data dan dokumen yang telah discan (berformat pdf) ke aplikasi sim.mapendademak.org atau pada link google form yang telah kami sediakan (khusus PTK RA / Madrasah di Kab. Demak) berikut : https://goo.gl/forms/61SLOMTLumPlTL9R2;
Admin Kabupaten kan memverifikasi dan memvalidasi data ajuan;
