Seluruh PTK (Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) pada RA dan Madrasah harus terdaftar di aplikasi Simpatika untuk mendapatkan PegID yang selanjutnya jika telah aktif berturut-turut selama 4 semester, berstatus guru dan berpendidikan minimal S1 maka secara otomatis akan mendapatkan NPK. Apabila PTK belum teregistrasi pada aplikasi Simpatika, silahkan ikuti petunjuk sebagai berikut :
Unduh formulir A05 untuk registrasi PTK baru silahkan unduh di sini . Setelah PTK mengunduh dan mencetak formulir tersebut, selanjutnya PTK mengisi data dan melampirkan bukti (sesuai keterangan yang ada di formulir A05) kemudian diserahkan kepada admin Simpatika di RA / Madrasahnya. Setelah diinput oleh admin RA / Madrasah pada aplikasi Simpatika, maka PTK akan mendapatkan bukti formulir S02c. Setelah PTK mendapatkan tanda bukti registrasi PTK (S02c), PTK mengisi formulir data rinci secara online pada situs http://simpatika.kemenag.go.id. Akun untuk login dan mengakses formulir online tersebut tertera dalam tanda bukti S02c. Selanjutnya PTK mencetak Surat Pengajuan S03c untuk diserahkan ke petugas (admin madrasah) yang tertera di surat. Dari admin madrasah, PTK akan mendapatkan tanda bukti S05a dan Pakta Integritas S07a. Nah, untuk Pakta Integritas S07a yang harus diverval oleh admin Kabupaten untuk disahkan. Di Kabupaten Demak, pakta integritas (S07a) yang telah ditandatangani dan disahkan oleh Kepala RA / Madrasah discan dan dilengkapi dengan scan ijazah dan SK diupload pada aplikasi online http://sim.mapendademak.org .
