Dari hasil sidang isbat yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia bahwa 1 Ramadhan 1443 Hijriyah /2022 dinyatakan tiba pada hari Minggu tanggal 3 April 2022. Hal ini berdasarkan pada laporan dari 101 titik pemantauan hilal dilaporkan keseluruhannya tidak sapat melihat hilal.
Sidang isbat dipimpin langsung oleh Menteri Agama, Gus Yaqut Kholil Qoumas yang lebih akrab dipanggil Gus Men. Pada konferensi pers Gus Men menyampaikan bahwa laporan dari seluruh titik lokasi pemantauan hilal dari seluruh wilayah Indonesia sejumlah 101 titik lokasi pemantauan hilal melaporkan bahwa tidak satupun yang melihat hilal.
Jadi, ibadah puasa Ramadhan dimulai hari Ahad tanggal 3 Mei 2022 dan ibadah shalat tarawih dimulai Sabtu malam Ahad.
Baca Lainnya : Memang ada juga organisasi kemasyarakatan yang akan memulai ibadah bulan suci Ramadhan pada hari Sabtu esok, atas dasar perhitungan hisab ormas tersebut. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut jangan sampai dijadikan permasalahan yang memicu perpecahan ummat.
Semoga bulan suci Ramadhan 1443 H ini membawa keberkahan bagi kita bangsa Indonesia dan bagi seluruh ummat Islam di dunia. Semoga pandemi Covid 19 yang telah mengekang kehidupan bangsa Indonesia dan dunia hilang sirna bersama datangnya bulan suci Ramadhan. Sehingga ummat Islam pada khususnya dapat lebih husyu' dalam menjalankan ibadah di bulan Ramadhan ini.
