Santri Warga Negara Indonesia. Santri yang berasal dari Pesantren yang telah terdaftar di Kementerian Agama, yang dibuktikan dengan kepemilikan Nomor Statistik Pesantren (NSP) yang terdaftar pada Kementerian Agama. Santri yang berasal dari Satuan Pendidikan (MAS/PDF/SPM/PKPPS/Ma’had Aly) yang diselenggarakan oleh Pesantren dan/atau (MAN/SMA/SMK) yang diselenggarakan dan/atau terintegrasi dan/atau berada di lingkungan Pesantren dan/atau menjadi bagian dari Pesantren. Santri mukim minimal 3 (tiga) tahun berturut-turut yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan yang ditandatangani oleh pimpinan Pesantren ( format terlampir ). Memiliki akhlaq terpuji dan layak mengikuti seleksi PBSB yang direkomendasikan oleh Pimpinan Pesantren dibuktikan dengan Surat Rekomendasi dari Pimpinan Pesantren Asal Santri. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Arab. Memiliki kemampuan membaca dan memahami Kitab Kuning. Memiliki wawasan dan komitmen implementasi nilai-nilai keislaman yang rahmatan lil’alamin . Memiliki wawasan dan komitmen implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme, patriotisme serta integritas. Memiliki prestasi akademik dan non akademik dengan melampirkan nilai raport 1 (satu) tahun terakhir, piagam atau sertifikat. Pilihan Program Sarjana (S1): Santri tingkat akhir atau santri lulusan tahun 2020, 2021 dan 2022 pada Satuan Pendidikan Muadalah (SPM), Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF), Pendidikan Kesetaraan pada Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah (PKPPS), Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS), Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang diselenggarakan dan/atau terintegrasi dan/atau berada di lingkungan Pesantren dan/atau menjadi bagian dari Pesantren. Berusia maksimal (per 1 Juli 2022): 1) 20 (dua puluh) tahun untuk santri tingkat akhir pada MAS/MAN/SMA/SMK yang diselenggarakan dan/atau terintegrasi dan/atau berada di lingkungan Pesantren dan/atau menjadi bagian dari Pondok Pesantren (lahir pada tanggal 1 Juli 2002, 2 Juli 2002, dan seterusnya); 2) 23 (dua puluh tiga) tahun untuk santri lulusan SPM/PDF/PKPPS (lahir pada tanggal 1 Juli 1998, 2 Juli 1998, dan seterusnya). Pilihan Program Magister (S2): Santri Sarjana yang berasal dari SPM/PDF/PKPPS dan MAS/MAN/SMA/SMK yang diselenggarakan dan/atau terintegrasi dan/atau berada di lingkungan Pesantren dan/atau menjadi bagian dari Pondok Pesantren. Berusia maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun per-tanggal 1 Juli 2022.
