Salah satu agenda dalam rangka memperingati Hari Amal Bhakti Kementerian Agama pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Demak adalah diselenggarakannya Khotmil Qur'an. Acara tersebut tidak hanya di Kantor Kementerian Agama, tetapi juga diikuti oleh RA, MI, MTs dan MA di Kabupaten Demak. Guru, tenaga kependidikan dan siswa di madrasah bersama-sama mengikuti acara tersebut. Dimulai dari tanggal 02 s.d. 03 Januari 2019, ditargetkan tidak kurang dari 1000 khataman akan terlaksana.
